Your family life, finally sorted.
Your e-mails become your agenda, your bills to pay and your tickets ready on the day. Automatically. No more forgotten appointments, payment reminders or tickets you can't find. Even when the e-mails arrive in French, German or Italian.

How it works
No new habit to learn: you keep receiving your e-mails as usual, and eTribu does the sorting.
You get your e-mails
Bills, appointment letters, school e-mails, tickets… eTribu receives a copy thanks to a simple forwarding rule.
eTribu understands them
It spots the appointment date, the amount and due date of the bill, the ticket in the attachment, and even cancellations.
You just get on with life
Everything lands in your agenda with reminders. To pay, you scan the QR code in your banking app. On the day, your ticket is right there.
What eTribu does for you
One single place for everything cluttering the whole family's mind.
No more forgotten appointments
Paediatrician, dentist, parents' evening, school trip, flights: it all goes into your agenda, with a reminder the day before. Cancelled? It disappears.
No more late-payment fees
Every bill is spotted with its due date. You scan the QR-bill in your banking app, and eTribu marks it "paid" once the biller confirms.
Your tickets, always there
Concerts, shows, trains, museums: tickets received by e-mail are filed away and ready to show, with the date in your agenda.
Scams kept out
Fake invoices, "you've won", ads in disguise: they don't get through as bills to pay.
The whole tribe
A colour for each child, the agenda shared with your partner, and the essentials visible at a glance every morning.
Made for Switzerland
QR-bills, Swiss references, e-mails in French, German and Italian: eTribu reads them so you don't have to decode them. Data hosted in Switzerland.
Two homes, one organised family.
When children live between two homes, the mental load doubles. eTribu is built for that too.
Being built with our pilot families.
- Custody calendar — alternating weeks, holidays, weekends: who has the kids when, at a glance.
- Shared costs — dentist, ski camp, club fees: eTribu spots the bill and works out each parent's share.
- Maintenance and payments tracked — expected and received payments, no spreadsheet, no arguments.
- Handovers without forgetting — sports bag, medication, favourite teddy: the list of what moves between homes.
- School and activities — key information shared with the other parent, on your terms.
Time given back to your family
We had eTribu read a typical month of e-mails from a family with two children: 44 different situations, from bills in three languages to last-minute cancellations.
Estimate from our internal test bench, based on average times per task (reading, noting down, copying, finding again). Your actual time saved depends on your inbox.

Frequently asked questions
Does eTribu read all my e-mails?
No. You choose what you forward to it with a rule in your mailbox (for example: e-mails from your phone provider, the school, ticket sellers). eTribu only sees those messages.
Does eTribu pay my bills for me?
No, and that's on purpose: you stay in control. eTribu gets everything ready and shows you the QR-bill; you scan it in your bank's app (PostFinance, UBS, Raiffeisen, cantonal banks…) and confirm.
Where is my data stored?
In Switzerland. It is used only to run eTribu for your family: no advertising, never sold.
Does it work with Gmail, bluewin, Outlook…?
Yes: every mail service can forward e-mails automatically. We'll show you how in two minutes.
When does it open?
